How quickly can you provide a formal quote?
We provide written quotes within 24 business hours of receiving your project details (headcount, duration, location, any special requirements).
Can you scale if our crew size changes mid-contract?
Yes. We maintain coordination with partner properties and can accommodate increases subject to availability. Decreases can be accommodated with 30 days' notice and prorated adjustments.
What's your occupancy guarantee?
All units are ready and inspected by the agreed move-in date. Any issues are addressed immediately (emergency issues within 2 hours). If a unit becomes unexpectedly unavailable, we source alternate accommodations at no additional cost.
Do you work with POs and vendor onboarding?
Yes. We're PO-compatible and built for corporate procurement. Provide your vendor forms and we'll complete onboarding before the contract starts.
What's your payment flexibility?
Standard net-30 terms, negotiable to net-60 for larger contracts. We accept ACH, check, or PO-based invoicing.
Are you insured?
Yes. We maintain $1,000,000 General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance as required by Texas law. Proof provided during vendor onboarding.
What if the project ends early or extends?
Early termination requires 30 days' notice. Extensions are accommodated at the contracted rate. Prorated adjustments made at month-end.
Can you handle larger crews beyond your current capacity?
Our current capacity spans 9 rooms across 2 properties in Port Arthur. For projects exceeding this, we work with trusted partner properties to secure additional housing under the same management and quality standards. We're scaling to meet demand.
What if there's an emergency (maintenance, urgent occupancy issue)?
We have a dedicated emergency contact line. Emergencies (no heat/AC, water issues) receive response within 2 hours. Non-emergency issues addressed within 24 business hours.
Do you offer discounts for larger crews?
Yes. Volume discounts of 10–15% apply based on room count and contract duration. Details confirmed in formal quote.
