Corporate Heir Solutions was founded in Port Arthur, Texas to solve a specific problem: industrial projects along the Gulf Coast bring in large volumes of contract personnel on tight timelines, and standard housing options weren't built to handle that scale or those procurement requirements.

We built our operation around furnished, project-ready housing that can flex from a single private room to full block reservations for entire crews, with terms and invoicing structured for EPC contractors, turnaround leads, and procurement teams.

Today, Corporate Heir Solutions supports refinery, petrochemical, construction, turnaround, and shutdown personnel across Port Arthur and the surrounding Golden Triangle area.
